Congress and the president have both announced that a tax rebate for 2007 Federal Taxes is coming. However, no one knows exactly what it will look like because it hasn't been passed into law yet. One thing is certain though, once it is passed into law, you'll need to have filed your 2007 income taxes to get any rebate.
