Do I need to register a business name with the IRS and get an EIN # to claim all expenses paid out for my next years tax form? Right now my business is solely on the internet.
I'm a sole propietor. |

Not necessarily. You can treat the business as a sole proprietorship and file a schedule C.
However, if you could or should be collecting sales tax, then you do need to get set up with the Indiana Department of Revenue for that. |
